Recently, the 2026 Minor Grain and Pulse Industry Conference & Global Pulse Confederation (GPC) China Regional Meeting was held at Shangri‑La Qingdao on August 26‑27. Co‑hosted by China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Foodstuffs, Native Produce and Animal By‑Products (CFNA) and the Global Pulse Confederation (GPC), the event gathered more than 250 representatives from the global planting, processing and trade sectors. It focused on global crop supply‑demand analysis, shifts in trade patterns, deep‑processing innovation and international supply chain matchmaking.
Our delegation took an active part in thematic exchanges and business negotiations, communicating with domestic and overseas partners to analyze market trends of chickpeas, mung beans, kidney beans, peas and other varieties while gathering cutting‑edge industry insights.
